Course Duration: Approximately 90 minutes
Fire Awareness Training is designed for all members of staff and forms an essential part of an organisation’s fire safety arrangements. Employers have a legal responsibility under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order to provide staff with suitable training.
Employees should receive appropriate fire safety instruction and training when they join an organisation, with further training provided at suitable intervals and whenever significant changes affect the workplace.
Our Fire Awareness Training gives staff a clear understanding of the risks associated with fire, the measures that help prevent it, and the actions they should take in the event of an emergency. Delivered in a practical and engaging way, the course is designed to build confidence, improve awareness and help organisations develop a stronger fire safety culture.
fire marshal / warden training
Course Duration: Approximately Half a Day
Fire Warden / Marshal training is designed for members of staff with additional duties and responsibilities and those playing a key role in the management of fire safety within the workplace.
The training builds on the basics of staff fire awareness to give delegates a more detailed understanding of fire prevention, emergency procedures, and what to do as a Fire Warden / Marshal in the event of a fire and can be tailored to your specific circumstances. The training equips delegates with the confidence to identify hazards, how to support safe evacuation, assist with routine fire safety checks and what to do in an emergency.
Delivered in a practical and engaging format, our training will help to develop competent Fire Wardens / Marshals who will be able to support the Responsible person and will be able to contribute a positive fire safety culture within your organisation.
responsible person essentials
Course Duration: Approximately 2 - 2 ½ hours
Responsible Person Essentials is designed specifically for business owners, directors, managers and others with responsibility for managing fire safety within the workplace.
The course provides a clear and practical understanding of the duties placed upon Responsible Persons under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, helping delegates understand not only what is required, but how those responsibilities should be managed effectively in practice.
